full-time pest control technician

Grizz Pest Management is a fast-growing pest control company, locally owned and operated by an industry veteran. We are seeking full-time pest control technicians with a minimum of 2 years of experience; IDPH license preferred.

Job Requirement

• High School Diploma
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to lift 50 lbs (ladders, equipment, etc)
• Comfortable working in small spaces or heights
• For safety reasons, no facial hair (for use with respirators)

In addition to full-time work, you will receive paid time off, an opportunity for commission, and your own vehicle. You will have daily access to the owner, who encourages technician ideas and feedback. YOU will be a part of the company’s success.

Job Summary

• Inspecting conditions, identifying new infestations, determining causes, and analyzing treatment, prevention, and exclusion options.
• Prepare a proposal specific to the individual homeowner’s needs.
• Serve as Pest Control Technicians.
• Visiting the homes and businesses of customers to perform pest control services.
• Manage the operation of the pest control programs.
• Identifying pest problems and appropriate solutions.
• Applying pest control materials to the interior and exterior.

Follow proper pest control handling/training procedures and processes

Pay $20-$25 per hour
